Viko S21 – Big Spec!

Just sold, ‘Andiamo’ a recent example of the popular Viko S21 trailerable yacht.

The Viko S21 is the perfect small family cruiser. Fun to sail, light and small enough to trailer to different locations and bags of room down below. Indeed, this is a pocket yacht that thinks its a superyacht! Not only does Andiamo boast 1.65m of standing headroom and a cavernous rear double berth, she also has a full separate heads compartment with marine heads, offering an almost unheard of level of privacy and comfort for such a small boat, with wet weather gear hanging to boot! The keel casing doubles as a table, and with the leaves up, will seat up to 6 crew. Other creature comforts down below include electrically pumped fresh water, a removable companionway step to provide room to move around the cabin and bags of light from the many portholes and hatches.

Andiamo has a lifting T-bulb keel containing a class-leading 450kg of ballast, making her a stiff little boat in a blow, yet able to explore shallow waters. Shorthanded sailers will welcome her fully battened main with a lazyjack bag and a furling genoa (with UV strip). Andiamo has an ergonomically designed, open cockpit protected by a sprayhood and boasting cockpit cushions and backrests, a synthetic teak finish and smart deck layout, with all lines leading aft.  Deck equipment is by Antal, Lewmar and Ronstan. By way of propulsion, Andiamo is powered by a reliable Honda 6HP 4 stroke outboard on a lifting bracket with separate fuel tank and tiller extension. For safety, Andiamo comes with a guardrail all around, including the open transom, a stainless steel recovery ladder, an electric bilge pump and a throw sling.

For anyone seeking to trailer sail, Andiamo boasts a mast lifting kit, complete with mast support post on the transom. Her bulb keel lift to a trailer friendly 54cm of draught. We can provide a recent twin axle Extreme trailer as an option to tow her away.  Ask us for details.
