Our new Astus 22.5 Demonstrator is here! Friday 5th August 2022
Newly arrived in the UK, the brand new Astus 22.5 trailable trimaran is here. We’ve just returned from putting the flagship of the Astus Boats range through its paces in Brittany. The new boat performed admirably in a range of wind and sea conditions and living aboard was comfortable thanks to decent headroom and plenty of storage.
The Astus 22.5 boasts plenty of new features too, including a nifty float extension/contraction kit which shrinks the super stable 4.9m sailing width down to a marina berth friendly 3m or a trailer ready 2.5m. Add to this super-light, super-stiff resin infused construction and dyneema rigging and you end up with a high performance, yet practical piece of engineering!
